We currently ship products to the United States, European countries, and other selected international destinations where delivery service is available.
If your location is not available at checkout, it may mean that we are currently unable to ship to your region.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.
For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
For orders shipped to European countries, the estimated delivery time is 3-11 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, local delivery arrangements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be subject to the terms and conditions displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

8. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, returned, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the shipment status.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package may be returned or abandoned according to the carrier’s policy. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
9. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to product availability, warehouse location, package size, or logistics arrangements.
If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
